Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fugu Creative. Because our products are custom, print‑on‑demand items (fulfilled by partners such as Printify and Printful), each item is made-to-order specifically for you, and we do not hold stock.


1. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we will fix the issue with a replacement or refund.

To report a problem and qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at support@fugucreative.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, printing error, or incorrect item).

Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost to you, or
  • Offer a refund to your original payment method.

2. Change of mind, sizing, and preference

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection at checkout
  • Subjective dissatisfaction (for example: you do not like the design or color appears slightly different from your screen)

Please carefully review the product description, images, and size guides (where applicable) before placing your order.


3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us at support@fugucreative.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date shown in your tracking order confirmation.
  • We will work with our fulfilment partner and the shipping carrier to investigate.

If the carrier confirms the order is lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment or a refund.


4. Returns Shipping and Physical Returns

As our products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners, we do not accept returns to any studio, office, or residential address.

For most issues with eligible items:

  • A replacement is issued, and
  • The item does not need to be physically returned, unless we specifically request it.

If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.


5. Refunds

Refunds are:

  • Only available for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect products, or for orders lost in transit as confirmed by the carrier.
  • Issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
