Welcome to FuguCreative! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, FuguCreative.com, and the purchase of our print-on-demand products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
FuguCreative sells custom print-on-demand products featuring original artwork. Each item is produced to order by third-party partners Printful and Printify, then shipped directly to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian permission) and provide accurate billing/shipping information to use our site or place orders.
3. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded: acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match description.
Minor fault: Repair/replacement (at our choice).
Major fault: Refund/replacement (your choice) + compensation.
Contact us within 30 days with photos. Timeframes exclude shipping delays.
4. Products and Availability
All products are custom-made to order and may vary slightly from mockups due to production processes. We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing/description errors
- Cancel/refuse orders (full refund if cancelled)
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed in USD/AUD (checkout shows your currency) exclude taxes/duties.
Australian GST applies where required
US sales tax collected via Stripe where applicable
International duties your responsibility
Payments via Stripe (incl. Apple Pay/Google Pay), PayPal, and other processors. You authorize charges to your selected method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Production: 2-5 business days. Shipping: US 5-10 days, international varies. Estimates at checkout—not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you on delivery to carrier
We/Printful not liable for carrier/customs delays/damages
Tracking provided when available.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Faulty Items
No returns for change-of-mind (custom-made goods).
Faulty/defective only (within 30 days, photo proof):
Minor fault: Replacement (you pay return shipping)
Major fault: Full refund incl. original shipping
Printful/Printify handle production defects per their policies. Contact

All artwork, designs, and site content owned by FuguCreative/Funda Gunal. No reproduction permitted without written consent.
9. User Conduct
Prohibited: unlawful use, security interference, false order info. We may suspend/terminate violators.
10. Website Disclaimer
Site provided “as is”. No guarantees of uninterrupted/error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To maximum extent permitted by law:
No liability for indirect/consequential damages
Liability capped at your order value (excl. ACL guarantees)
12. Governing Law
Australian laws apply (New South Wales courts preferred).
13. Changes to Terms
Updated terms effective on posting. Continued use = acceptance.
